Sausage roll ingredients:

• 400g (pork and apple) sausages (6 fat sausages)
• 1 roasted red pepper
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• 2 tsp tomato puree
• vegetable oil
• 250g ready-made puff pastry
• baked beans or salad to serve
