Employment and Skills

Path to Purpose is an employment support programme for disabled / Deaf / neurodivergent adults living in the Wigan borough. We provide:

• Telephone and face to face support
• Employment advocacy – to help you talk to an employer or training provider to get reasonable adjustments so can get into and stay in work
• Advice for employers to help them recruit and retain disabled people
• Peer support from our disabled  / neurodivergent staff team
• Help to understand your rights and getting reasonable adjustments
• The opportunity to do a 4 week work trial at Embrace

You can refer yourself or a professional can refer you.
