Chicken Pie Ingredients

• 1 onion, sliced
• 400g pack skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 150ml chicken stock
• 325g can sweetcorn, drained
• 6 tbsp crème fraîche
• handful parsley or basil leaves, chopped
• 750g potatoes, cut into chunks

Steak Pie Ingredients

• 3 tbsp sunflower oil
• 1kg braising steak, diced
• 2 onions, roughly chopped
• 3 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 2 beef stock cubes mixed with 600ml boiling water
• 375g sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry
• 1 egg yolk, beaten
