Cooking Circle - Baking Cookies

Due to recent restrictions with Covid-19 all our events will be conducted online.

Our cooking and baking circle is for anyone over the age of 18 who would like to learn new cooking skills and having a chat – each week we will be learning something new.

Whats happening this week:

A Baking session aimed at learning baking skills and to have a chat.

Sarah is making Cookies – you will need:

·         125g butter, softened

·         100g light brown soft sugar

·         125g caster sugar

·         1 egg, lightly beaten

·         1 tsp vanilla extract

·         225g self-raising flour

·         ½ tsp salt

·         200g chocolate chips
