Suitable for:
Adults aged 18 + who may need a little extra help meeting new people or starting relationships.
Help finding a PA
Suitable for:
Adults or children in receipt of direct payments of a personal health budget needing help finding a personal assistant.
Let's Connect
Suitable for:
Adults (18+) who are lonely or isolated and would like to get back into their community or would like to create a sustainable circle of support around an individual.
Parents Advocacy
Suitable for:
Parents who have a learning disability (or going through diagnosis) who needs support attending meetings, supporting within the court arena etc.
Travel Training
Suitable for:
Adult (18+) who use Local Authority Funded Transport. For travel training to access the community please refer through Let’s Connect.
