Due to the current pandemic all our appointments are over the phone.
This is a one-hour appointment to determine what support you require. From this appointment, you can gain access to the following support:

If the support you require can be completed in the one hour session further sign posting may not be necessary.
If you require evening appointments or can not access the community please call us on 01942 233323 to make alternative arrangements.
Early Years Keyworking
Suitable for:
Families who have a child with a disability or additional needs who are under the age of 5.

Suitable for:
Young adults/children aged 10-14 years who would like to get active in the school holidays.

Help finding a PA
Suitable for:
Adults or children in receipt of direct payments of a personal health budget needing help finding a personal assistant.
