Lets' Connect - Community Connector
My role:
I am the let’s connect Co-ordinator and I have worked at Embrace for two years which I have loved! Let’s connect is a lottery funded project aimed at reducing social isolation for adult over 18 years across the borough.
Our goal is to assist individuals to make links with other people or groups around their interests and become more engaged and connected to their community. I have always had a passion and desire to work with adults so really enjoy working on this project. I am grateful to be part of the embrace team and work with our wonderful volunteers on this project.
My item:
My Item is my very worn walking boots! I love being outdoors and I really enjoy walking with my dog- this relaxes me and helps me de-stress.
