My role:

I support the administration team with completing initial referrals, reviewing monitoring and collating information. I also help the Voice of a Young Person on topics such as transition and independence.

My item:

A ice cream phone case – I bought this at the :Let’s Connect launch night in 2017 and it reminds me of how much fun I had.
