- Greet and communicate with customers
- Adjust orders independently to suit customer needs and communicate this with kitchen staff
- Place customers’ orders into the till independently
- Help to prepare some hot and cold food as required with full supervision
- Communicate with front of house when food is ready to be served with a lot of support
- Assist staff members collecting equipment safely in order to prepare food. E.g., knives, boards etc
