My role:
My role is to assess, allocate and provide training and outreach support for families who are experiencing difficulties through behaviour of children in their care.
My aim is to help with tailored support that directly reflects the specific issues each family is having and help provide a personalised plan for each child.
I enjoy my role as it gives me the chance to be creative in my approach and to share strategies I have developed and used in my personal life.
My item:
The item that I have brought is a towel with the words “Don’t Panic!” on it. I chose this item as I am a huge fan of Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy and one of my favourite quotes from Douglas Adams is:
“I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I ended up where I needed to be”
