Be a Circles Facilitator

Circle of support

Be a Circles Facilitator

We are looking for facilitators who will gather a small network of people known to the person at the centre of the Circle.

This usually includes friends, relatives and others, but generally not those known to the person in a paid capacity. You will be required to facilitate monthly meetings where agreement will be sought to promote ordinary community inclusion for people with additional needs, enabling people to become more confident, resilient and self-reliant.

Circle of support

Two hours per month on average. If you are unsure please give us a call and we can give you more information.

Is there a minimum duration?
No – you can do as little or as much as you like and we recognise that volunteering your time is a gift.

Where is it?
We match people together from across the Wigan and Leigh Borough and will join facilitators as close as possible to their Circles.

How do I help?
If you are interested in becoming a facilitator please complete the google form by clicking the link below.
